How to Book
Options: If you wish to hold an option please contact us by telephone or email and we will be happy to assist. The option automatically expires after the arranged duration. 7 days low season / 3 days high season. Discounts Early Booking Discount Charters of 14 days: 5% discount Charters of 21 days: 10%
Charter Departure Day: Charters generally begin and end on a Saturday for a 7 day duration. If you require any other day / duration please contact us for further details. Embarkment and Disembarkment All charters begin at 1400 on the day of departure (Saturday) and ends
at 1200 on the last day of charter (Saturday). We recommend staying in Rhodes Marina for the first and last night of your Charter - Marina fees are included in the price, however this is not compulsory. If we can deliver your charter yacht earlier on the day of embarkation, without compromising our standards, we will, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Bookings: A booking can be made on line, simply select the dates you require and if the yacht shows available, follow the procedure through to book. Deposit 50% of the charter fee is payable at the time of booking; the balance is payable 30 days prior to embarkation. For bookings made with in 60 days of departure full payment is required at time of confirmation.
Whats Next? You will be sent a booking confirmation via email, which will include the following:

What you need to do?VERY IMPORTANT At least 2 weeks prior to your departure, please complete and return the documents attached to your booking confirmation invoice as follows:
Crew list Document: Number of passengers, Flight number and estimated time of arrival. Crew- list (passport numbers, full addresses and emergency phone numbers).
Copies of skipper's and Co-skippers licenses (2) or sailing resume.
Provision list (upon request).
What should I bring? Luggage: Soft luggage bag Clothes: In general casual, comfortable clothing is best for everyday cruising. Shoes: Soft rubber-sole shoes, boat shoes or sandals Extras: Hats, Suntan lotion (avoid oily,greasy substances that can dangerously slippery), Sunglasses, Medication (if taking any for whole duration of trip). CD's: CD players are standard on virtually every yacht. Bring your favourite music for your trip.

Terms of Cancellations a) For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days prior to embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee. b) For bookings cancelled between 59 and 31 days prior to embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee. c) For bookings cancelled less than 31 days prior to embarkation, the total charter fee.
Optional Extras
Add a Skipper: Hire a skipper for a couple of days for a quick refresher at the helm or simply to give yourself a break on all or some of your holiday. Our skippers are fully qualified, fluent in English & have expert local knowledge. They are happy to teach you the basics if you fancy your hand at sailing, or if you prefer to simply lye back and take in the views it's your holiday. No sailing experience is needed if hiring a skipper.Cost per day for skipper 150 Euros. Please note a Skipper will stay on the yacht but doesn't require a cabin & the charterer is responsible for providing their food & drink.
Provisions We offer a service so the client can pre-book and pay for provisions to be stocked and ready at the beginning of their sailing trip. Otherwise, if you prefer there is a supermarket with in easy walking distance of Rhodes Marina where you can buy your own supplies.
Fuel Is not included in the package price. The yacht will be given to you will a full tank of fuel and you will be required to return the yacht with a full tank. This is very easily organised at the Rhodes marina. A rough estimate is 1 hour / 8 miles = 10 Euros.
Excursions / Activities Local excursion can be booked in advance, eg Trip to the Volcano, fishing trips.
Twin Centres For the ultimate break away, why not enjoy a week cruising around The Dodecanesse Islands and a week in one of our glorious villas.
Flights You are able to add flights to your yacht holiday, please check availability on our website. Yacht charters run from Saturday to Saturday.
Cleaning The end cleaning is an additional charge payable in cash locally upon embarkation. Charge: 3 Cabin Yachts: 60 Euros, 4 & 5 Cabin Yachts: 80 Euros.
Taxi Transfers These can be arranged for an extra charge of £13, please tick the transfer box when completing the booking form. Flight details will need to be included.
Personnel Travel Insurance We recommend you take travel insurance for peace of mind, this can be added to your booking if required by ticking the box when proceding through the booking form.
Yacht Refundable Security Deposit - Compulsory All our yachts have fully comprehensive cover, which is included in our price. However,a refundable security Deposit is necessary to be paid locally and is held against the yachts insurance excess. If there is no damage or loss to the yacht or to its equipment, the deposit will be refunded after the inspection at disembarkation. For further information go to the Insurance page.
What Experience is Required
HIRE A SKIPPER. If you have hired a skipper for the duration of your sailing holiday, no experience is needed. Our skippers are fluent in English, very experienced and have a great knowledge of the area. You can get involved in the sailing experience, (the skipper is very happy to teach the basics) or simply lie back and enjoy the cruise. Click Link for information on Learn to Sail - The Basics.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR BAREBOAT CHARTER. If you are not hiring a skipper, bareboat yacht charter in Greece legally requires two crew members - Skipper and co-skipper to have a recognized sailing certificate (ICC), which must be sent prior in order to prepare documentation. Both skipper & co-skipper may also be required to submit a sailing resume to enable us to assess their ability to sail safely, they should be confident to navigate and handle the boat.

Refundable Security Deposit Cost: All Charters, with or without skippers will need a security deposit paid locally in cash or credit card. 3 Cabin Yachts: 1500 Euros 4 & 5 Cabin Yachts: 2000 Euros This money will be refunded immediately once the boat has been inspected at the end of the charter.
The Refundable Security Deposit Covers:-
Loss of or damage to the vessel, its tender and third party liability.
Loss of or damage to the equipment listed in the inventory and given to the charterer at check-in.
Costs incurred if the vessel is returned in an unacceptably dirty condition.
Cost of returning the boat to the pre-arranged harbor, if the charterer fails to do so by the scheduled date and time.
Cost of refueling if the boat is returned without refilled tanks.
The payment of the refundable security Deposit, is designed to cover only one incident of a substantial nature at any one time. In case of loss or damage to equipment of significant value such as outboard engine or dinghy, the charterer will have the right to an immediate replacement whilst on charter, provided that the charterers pays a new Refundable Securiy Deposit immediately upon receipt of the relevant replacement or in respect of the repair.
